RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for Singapore orders, and within 14 days of delivery for international orders for all regular-priced items. 

Items are only eligible for returns and exchanges if they are in good and unworn condition, with their original tags intact. Items that were purchased on sale will not be eligible for returns and exchanges. 

In the event of goods being damaged during transit, please contact us at info@theshyclub.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Enquiries will be manually reviewed and replacements will be approved on a case-by-case basis. 

EXCHANGES
  • Exchanges for an item is only allowed for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. If the desired replacement is not available, we will initiate a refund instead. 
     

  • If you wish to exchange to a different item, do kindly initiate a return and make a new purchase instead. You will be refunded via the same payment method within 7 working days. 
     

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@theshyclub.com with your order number and replacement item. Our team will reply within 48 hours on the next steps.
     

  • The customer will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. However, to ensure a smooth exchange process, you are encouraged to use a secure and trackable method to return your order, such as by using registered mail. theshyclub will not be responsible for goods that are lost and/or damaged in transit. 
     

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

TheShyClub reserves the right to reject the exchange of any item that is deemed to be ineligible based on the criteria set above.

Do allow up to 7 working days upon receiving your package for refunds to be processed. An email will be sent once the item(s) have been received, and your refund has been processed.
